Is it really your policy that if you cancel a hotel and you were still charged for it, that the customer just loses the money and won't get a refund? I am a titanium member if that means anything
@MBonvoyAssist@MarriottBonvoy I was charged by hotel without refund. Bonvoy representatives confirmed it was cancelled and I am entitled to refund, but said if hotel refuses to provide refund, I am out of luck. #bonvoyed
@MBonvoyAssist@MarriottBonvoy I had a reservation which was cancelled within the cancellation period. It's been two and a half months, the case is still open and I cannot get a refund with numerous inadvertent closures to the case. Have provided proof of cancellation (1 of 2)
