It's now been over 4 weeks since Katie and I checked out of our @MarriottBonvoy Homes & Villas stay. Still no refund of our 400 euro in security deposits, no elite nights posted, and definitely no 40k bonus points (20k x2 bookings).

Has anyone else had issues with @Marriott H&V?

@ACHotels refuses to provide a refund for a stay that never occurred and was cancelled within policy. @MBonvoyAssist says they are 'researching the case,' but they have been researching for 2.5 months with no resolution

Contacted @MarriottBonvoy Marriott Bonvoy Guest Experience 2X about bad experience at Springhill Suites Scranton Montage Mt PA. Both said Mgr would contact me. 2 mths later still NO CONTACT! Why would I book with Marriott if Mgmt does not respond? @bonvoyed #NoiseAroundtheEdges

Why do I keep trying to book with @MarriottBonvoy? Getting @bonvoyed every single time. Room is 23k. Wife has a 25k and a 50k cert. Only option given online is to use the 50k cert. Stop trying to trick me into wasting a higher certificate!!!!
