@DutchSatellites fwiw, "PSET" means "Program Specific Engineering Test"

The document is a trip down memory lane.... SLS / Orion in its 2016 glory. Lots of colored pictures.
@Teslarati@SpaceX@RDAnglePhoto How can Our Government ensure that "Emperor" Musk does not redirect the asteroid towards his enemies on Earth?
(asking for a rocky planet)
@elonmusk@Rainmaker1973 If 'fusion' were turned off dozens of astronomers would become unemployed in 8 minutes
other than that, no noticeable effect in our lifetimes
@elonmusk@Rainmaker1973 photons leave the center of the sun because of photon pressure
it takes them 10s of thousands of years to get to the surface
then *vhm* 'off we go' across the universe
@howarth_cornell @ABarnardNYT for context: I'm extremely bearish about hydrogen in the next 5 years.
but
Is there not a plausible scenario in which electricity becomes too cheap to meter :) , at which point the power cost of H2 would be zero? ("too cheap to meter" during summer and other overcapacity times)
@joroulette@elonmusk @wapodavenport a depot. each Tanker "supplies fuel" to [DELETED] third spacecraft.
[...sixteen total launches, consisting of: 1 launch of [DELETED]; 14 launches of Tanker Starships to supply fuel to [DELETED]; and 1 launch of HLS Lander Starship, which would [DELETED] then travel to the Moon]
@DJSnM I just have to ask: SLS timeline was 2004 + 3 -> 2007 (ha)
FH timeline: 2004 + 6 -> 2010. "6" instead of "3" because it has less energy (aka delta-V).
how much energy would a fully refueled starship have? could it do something like 2008+2 -> 2010?
@austinbarnard45 if you do space-work for a government or business: you are a '~~~naut'
if you buy your way to space: you are a 'space voyager'
or perhaps just 'voyager' once the dust settles.
If I had my druthers, all the '~~~naut' words would be unified to e.g. 'spacer'.
