@virginmedia I am sitting next to it! Also my mobile data doesn’t seem to work at home so I have to rely on WiFi! Does this also affect phone signal as I cannot receive or make calls or send/receive text messages? Not helpful when stuck indoors recovering from an operation!

@virginmedia how can I contact anyone regarding my phone? Internet works when and if it feels like it, have had no phone signal for over a week from home so can’t call you, app won’t sign me in or let me reset password! And paying just shy of £60 per month for this! Disgusting!

@virginmedia Yes and is states there are no issues! We have 4 mobile contracts in the house 2 have service and 2 do not when at home, this has only happened recently? The internet is mobile data and WIFI, it’s been hit and miss since last night on my handset

@Menkind my 9 year old niece brought a stress ball 2 hours and 40 minutes ago and it has popped and oozing everywhere! Ruby @ Bromley store was blatantly rude, said she squeezed it too hard! She’s 9! The only way to resolve is to take the oozy, glittery mess back to the store!
