He is Deldan Namgyal , former MLA Nubra Ladakh. He is accused of instigating violence in Leh by BJP. The young officer with him is son of his brother, who was martyred in Kargil war. His uncle recipient of Sena Medal was also martyred in Kargil War.

Deldan says he is proud of his family dedicating life to Nation.
