Why haven't Republicans forced a rule change?

@ChuckGrassley isn't passing @Kash_Patel out of Committee until Thursday where he then has to wait in line behind 9 others for his confirmation floor vote.

Each person has 30 hours after Cloture before the Senate can vote on the next nominee.

According to the list, that is still waiting for confirmation, there are 300 hours today before Kash would even be considered for a Senate floor vote.

Yet Senate Republicans refuse to force a rule change.

So who is running our Senate?
