MBS paid $450 million for a Salvator Mundi painting back in 2017, perhaps for a political favour. And chosen Russian Rybolovlev purchased it wrote that for $127 million back in 2013. Rybolovlev also bought a palm beach mansion off Trump for $95 million in 2008.

In 2019, just a month before his arrest, Epstein was speculating about the $450-million sale of Leonardo da Vinci’s Salvator Mundi and whether its record-breaking purchase by Saudi crown prince MBS was connected to Trump, then in his first term as president.

Perhaps it was money laundering for political favours to help Saudi out with their Yemen problem after Aramco got struck? Michael Wolff and Epstein theorized about this via email!
