I struggle with the pros and cons of delivering content virtually. Some things fit well, other things not at all. Sometimes it is more efficient, but we give up so much when we aren't in person. In the future, where is the checklist for making that decision? How do you know?
My hope for you is that you can truly say you love your job, not the same way you love a spouse or a child or a dear friend. But in such a way that each day, you look forward to going to work and believe in the work that you do.

@ErnHolbert As an internet mom, it's just what we do. "Be careful" followed by reference to chore at hand is the Midwestern version of "I love you". No one sets out to have an accident, hence the term accident. We just get careless, forgetful, rushed etc.
At least once a year, Kansas brings forth temperatures and snow that make this farm girl dig out the insulated muck boots. Back in the day it meant newborn lambs warming in the house. Farmers will have calves and lambs snuggling inside this week to give them a great start.
It's Friday, I'm drinking great coffee, I'll chat with a friend soon, family fun this weekend at a baby shower, and wedding planning.......life is good.

The intersection of joy and fear -- pressing the final submit button on grant applications. Always so happy to be finished, but also immediately thinking of the things I should have done different or better.
Emily Ryan (Central Plains HS) had 15 points, five rebounds and three assists tonight as a true freshman for Iowa State as they snapped #6 Baylor’s 61 home game winning streak, 75-71. Already proving why she is one of the best HS players ever in Kansas. 3x SIK all-classes POY.
