@FPLfrasier @j3cK_b The overall quality of the championship is also a lot worse. Coventry are much the same as last season and are walking it. Relegated sides are poor and Sheff U had a terrible start. last seasons promoted sides were far superior than this year's front runners.

Kilman-Mavropanos CB partnership is so bad that even Nuno’s defensive organisation cannot save them. If West Ham do not sign two quality CBs in this window they are doomed. In typical West Ham style,they scattergun bought 2 strikers instead of 1 when money is also needed for CBs.

@GrahamSmyth Bringing in Perri and Bijol hasn't worked at all. We look far weaker defensively with those two in.

Darlow didn't do much wrong and Struijk's good games make up for his odd mistakes.

Ultimately though, the squad isn't good enough and the recruitment has been poor overall.
