The Senate just passed H.R. 1 with the $0 NFA tax stamp 51-50, with @JDVance breaking the tie.

@HouseGOP should insert a full repeal of the NFA excise tax on suppressors & short-barreled firearms & send it back to the Senate to fire/overrule the Parliamentarian.

the NFA tax is not the infringement. the registration and regulation of interstate travel is.

No matter how you slice it, taking the NFA tax from $200 to $0 while regulations stay in place IS NOT really a win. Everyone knows this. No amount of spin and BS from gun rights groups will make it so.

Burlison's REPEAL THE NFA ACT (H.R. 335) solves the problem once and for all.
