Zohran Mamdani just called for the government to seize private property from New York building owners and hand it over to nonprofits and government-controlled land trusts.

This is not housing policy. This is socialism.
Kathy Hochul endorsed this man. Together, they want to punish the landlords, the investors, and the working New Yorkers who own property in this state.

In Nassau, we protected property rights, cut $150 million in taxes, and built the safest county in America without radical government takeovers.
