AA customer service is condescending and show zero respect for their passengers. 300 people were stranded over 24 hrs in Maui last week with zero customer service. I encourage everyone to share their poor service experiences @AmericanAir

Customer Service did contact me after I posted on twitter. They offered me the correct amount to be quiet. I will never fly this airline again and I won't take the money. A company should admit when they are wrong and commit to doing better, not condescend. Do better.
