@DCDPW Your recycling guys have not picked up nicely flattened boxes two times in a row. Neighborhood recycling is piling up. Please ensure they pick up the recycling we spend a lot of time flattening!!
@AmazonHelp When you state delivery will be the next day and I agree to that by paying you based on that delivery date, you are bound to provide it on that delivery date. Period.
@AmazonHelp Yes multiple times. In 3 days. And your third level customer service escalation person told me “Amazon does not give me the tools to do anything about this. You have to wait” your company has spiraled downward
@AmazonHelp One was usps. The other two were Amazon itself. The packages never shipped out on time. One was due to be delivered Monday and is now showing delivery Friday. This is NOT one day delivery. Fraud!
@astoundconnects When will you send someone who can fix our Tivo since we’ve been waiting since June 6 and 2 supervisors were unable? When will you refund the money that you’ve been charging us for services you are not providing?

@astoundconnects They said a supervisor would call me who knew how to fix TiVo which seems I possible for the last few superiors. No one has called still. Yet you keep charging us for TiVo you are not providing because of your own staff
@astoundconnects Meanwhile we are paying you for service you are not providing bc your people cannot fix a basic problem and have refused to take off the bill. That’s breach of contract as well as terrible customer service
@astoundconnects I waited at home 4 days to have you only actually show up once, tech had no clue, then a supervisor came several days later, spent 5 hours with no clue, & said a higher level supervisor would come same day but NO ONE came or called?? Do your folks know anything about technology?

@K_M_C95 DCPS has not sent any family email over thanksgiving break. Nor has our school. My 2 kids did not get any tests from school. I’m betting DCPS views this as a joke and won’t really do it. If they or @MayorBowser cared, they would have reminded families at some point.
