Zion haters already out in full force. Y’all don’t realize what y’all saying. You can’t use precedent because there is no precedent for him. The man will make a huge impact. Just wait and see.
@Hendrick9Team I swear man. Unbelievable. If we were going to put anyway, why would you not take track position at the last caution?! FROM MY COUCH I can call a better race!!!
@Hendrick9Team This is embarrassing. What’s funny is that if Alan would’ve made the complete opposite strategy call at every point in this race, it would’ve worked out better. Crazy.
Unbelievable. Man, this is just peak O’Reilly racing. Not sure this series has ever been better.
And also — huge round of applause to The CW. Amazing camera shots to show the closing distance and the commentary was flawless.
Awesome stuff!!
@bobpockrass@NASCARONFOX Either both should be penalized, or neither. I lean towards neither. Guys have to able to police themselves. If it’s gets into a big back and forth, then that’s when NASCAR can step in and sit them down. As a sport desperate for headlines, they sure know how to squash them.
Looks like NASCAR finally decided to take a page out of Indycar's playbook and run driver-based ads
They gotta do these more often, because this Carson Hocevar one is pretty fun
@Di9Fans I’ve always said if Chase can pass Bill, I would be ecstatic. Another championship or two, and he’s up there in the convo with Stewart and company.
Had the ENTIRE 267 laps at Texas been based on if each driver achieved the result of their Optimal Lap Model for every lap, this is approximately where the fastest cars would've finished on track
If Steve O’Donnell wants to truly unite the NASCAR fanbase, he will concede that the future of NASCAR does not rely on the Gen 7 car.
It relies on the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series car. Please. Concede the obvious. Make the future racing product better.
I feel like tv’s trying to sell me that I should like this, and I really just want to see what I saw yesterday but maybe a little faster and harder to drive with the best drivers in the world
@jeff_gluck I remember when I used to look forward to Daytona and Talladega. It’s a crying shame that we have gone 5 years without any meaningful changes to the drafting track package to fix this awful product.
@A_S12@NASCAR Why? For who? What fans have been clamoring for an EV Crossover series? Do they really think the demand is there? I drive a Tesla and I love NASCAR, and even I know EVs don’t belong in a premier NASCAR series. Probst and the ilk are out of touch for this line of thinking.
