@OM0ET @YouTube We had a city-wide power outage last week. It's absolutely astounding the difference that makes when operating from home. Normally, reception is lousy here -- even with a magloop antenna. When the power's out, it's clear as a bell. RF pollution sucks.

#WSPR 20m has been open between Europe and East Coast US most of the day. Using a #SotaBeams #WSPRLite on 14 MHz at 200mW with a @OM0ET magloop indoors. Strange there are no spots closer than 1,400 km.

@kb6nu I'm in Southern Germany and that's what it looks like more often than not from here. It's fairly rare to see very much activity from here on 30m (excluding FT8, of course). Having said that, there's almost always at least 1 CW signal on 30m.

Portable test of uBITX v5. It receives very well -- even with 10-foot piece of scrap speaker wire as antenna. From Bavaria, heard QSO on 17m at 14:50 UTC between G0DJQ in the UK and IK0FTL near Rome. Unfortunately, the modded Baofeng mic needs more work. #uBITX #hamradio
