There is #NoExcuse for gender-based violence. The International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women highlights the need for continued education, awareness and resources. Nearly one in three women have experienced violence at some point in their lives according to @UN_women. This violence can take many forms - physical, sexual and psychological - including intimate partner violence, sexual assault, harassment, human trafficking and more. It remains one of the most widespread human rights violations worldwide and largely goes unreported.
