Previous train was cancelled due to more trains than usual needing repairs! Where is your contingency??
You won't let customers travel without seat reservations unless it suits yourselves!!
Maybe address why you sold a ticket that didn't even exist!

1. Social distancing can take place when you have 2 trains of people on 1 train?)
2. You sell a first class upgrade within an hour of a journey but already know the train before is cancelled so No 1st class

Maybe you guys should look at your scheduling repairs better?
Maybe not sell tickets that don't exist?
Or leave First Class passengers STANDING over an hour of the journey as staff just let standard ticket holders sit where they like!
