Jeffrey Sachs lets the BBC have it with both barrels. Why only question China's human rights, what about the US's miserable record? Gives the long shameful list. @Emmabarnett endlessly repeats the question. Utterly out of her depth. Brilliant exposure of BBC prejudice.
The idea that Covid all started at the Wuhan market has become increasingly implausible. The first reported case in Italy was in Sept and in China Nov 2019. It may all have started much earlier. And who knows where. The blame game against China seems to be in scientific retreat.
@martjacques The west has demonstrated so much arrogance and ignorance towards China. During this life and death (literally) period, they are debating individual rights vs. collective responsibilities. So sad.
@WBrettWilson I disagree. Just look across the border! At the early stage of the pandemic, who would have thought more than 250,000 Americans would die?! It’s better to be cautious than wishing for a miracle.
@YandR_CBS Poor Adam! Yet lucky Adam too; now he father is really trying to help him. Your dad loves you Adam! Chelsea loves you! Sharon cares very much for you! You are a lucky guy. Get well soon, Adam!
