@ColinTCrypto @Strategy They will be hitting the common share ATM very hard to raise cash for their dividend payments and USD reserves. This is MSTR's 1 and only option right now.

They can't sell BTC in size. That 32 BTC sale was a trial balloon that spooked the market. They can't sell STRC below par.
