I have awful news...

As of this morning, 42 homes in Brantley County GA have burned to the ground.

The fire, which was 1,000 acres yesterday, has exploded in size and now is 4,000 acres.

Spent two to three hours trying to submit a damaged bag claim and I have been blocked in every attempt because of missing claim codes or website errors. The pain and run around continues!

12/23/2024 Update - We found our luggage on our own by going to our local airport. All identifying information had been removed and both bags were damaged. One was so damaged it is unusable and was taped by the airline. There was no way we would have gotten these back!
