@1mgOfficial I have received the report, but you were supposed to investigate why there was a mess up in sample collection. Why did your staff turn up late. You offer a slot, and I was given 6 am. I complained after 7 am.

@tandon_prashant Tata 1 MG sample collection did not happen on time. The staff came very late as he was an afternoon shift staff and assigned 8 calls at different locations between 6AM-7AM slot. That dents the entire experience internally as well as externally.

@airindia Disappointed this time. I was traveling on AI381 (33 J) dated 19-Nov, and the inflight entertainment system did not work. Business intertwines with tech and experience matters. This is very common and embarrassing for the crew as well. Upgrade your systems, please.
