Stainland Road in West Vale is closed. Diversions to the business park are in place but delays are likely. The road is closed from the railway bridge to the new roundabout in West Vale. There is access to the business park, but only coming from Halifax.

We've been made aware of a scam where vulnerable people with a Community Care Alarm are being asked to share their bank details by someone pretending to be from our Gateway to Care service.

We will never ask for financial details over the phone.

@PizzaExpress @Love2shop_UK Thank you. It does say flexecash but we were made to transfer to a pizza express gift card but that didn’t go through straight away so we had to pay with our own money. We’re now stuck with a £65 pizza express voucher that we don’t need 😢
