Dear @KQSupport@KenyaAirways what in the world? Unreachable on local and international lines, no response on WhatsApp. your check in process is for prayers and fasting! How is it that when I buy a ticket, I have baggage allowance but when I check in, it mysteriously dissappear?
@TK_HelpDesk I have always had such a high regard for you. Always felt thought of. How far down the relational drain you have fallen. And yes, I'm just a small customer you can ignore. I wonder how many aren't commenting and are just moving on to other more caring careers.
Let me just say @TurkishAirlines play us in Nairobi a good one. Yaani a 7hr flight on a small cramped plane that is full to capacity. I mean a plane that should be doing Nairobi - Mombasa or other short distance! Tuko kama ng'ombe zunasafirishwa! weeehhh ole wetu
@TK_HelpDesk Have a look at what? We are already on the flight. Isn't that something that should have been looked at before a plane was allocated? For next time? When those of us on this flight have sufferred and gone on to try and forget this experience?
@TurkishAirlines 7hrs in a Matchbox! Weehhhhh not even a shoe Box. A Matchbox! Overheated, cramped for 7hrs... children, pregnant women, old men and women in a shoebox for 7hrs! 7HRS! Do we even matter? Do you care?
@TurkishAirlines we know money matters. But So do we as Kenyans. 7hrs on a small cramped flight is not fun or funny. Dont save money at our expensive like we our money isn't the right color.

@DenisGitau You're besides yourself with grief and pain but you have to be by you're own side, wipe your own tears and hug yourself all while navigating the different environment, cultures and outlooks to grief. Its a tough place to be.
My life wouldn't have been this beautiful if I neglected the power of prayers.
It's surprising that not many people are comfortable talking about faith in the social space.
Society has set a standard where sharing your career journey is acceptable, but discussing spirituality often feels off-limits.
However, I beg to differ. My faith in God and having a strong prayer life have truly transformed my life.
Prayer has been my anchor, assuring me that everything will be alright even in the toughest situations.
It brings me inner peace amidst life's challenges, making it my sanctuary during turbulent times.
Sadly, many young people overlook the importance of a strong prayer life. Focused solely on improving their careers, they neglect their inner well-being.
True growth requires nurturing both the physical and spiritual aspects of life.
When we neglect the spiritual, we become vulnerable and easily shaken when troubles come knocking.
Prayer is a divine connection that provides solace, comfort, and strength, regardless of the circumstances we face. It helps us build a strong relationship with God and gain clarity on our path.
I've learned to pray about everything that concerns me, both the joys and the worries.
Prayer isn't merely a Wishlist; it's a heartfelt conversation with our Father, where we seek guidance and courage to move forward.
Learn to pray about everything!
I'd love to hear how praying has improved your life.
Share your experiences in the comments; I'm rooting for you!

One Year Later:
Luke Gabriel Bird
October 20, 2000 โ July 16, 2022
When the phone rang a year ago today, I remember where I was standing. I can still hear the conversation. I know exactly where I crumpled to the floor in utter terror. There are things you cannot unhear. There are things you cannot forget.
Luke, a midshipman at the United States Naval Academy, had slipped off a cliff while hiking near a waterfall in Chile. On Saturday, he was officially missing. On Sunday, his body was found. Our beloved son, whom we had for twenty-one years, was now with his heavenly Father.
In one of his speeches, Luke said, โThe most important people in our lives are the ones we can look at and say, โMy life is better because of what you have done for me.โ Be that person.โ Luke was that person. He embodied his ideals of brotherhood, sacrifice, integrity. The countless people who have reached out to me this year with their own โLuke storyโ attest to it. He made peopleโs lives better. He gave them hope. He gave of himself, without complaint.
Though in this world for only twenty-one years, he left behind a legacy that lives on in every life he touched.
Even a year later, there are days when his death still seems surreal. There are days when that bottle in which our Lord puts our tears overflows. There are days, like today, when my voice breaks, my insides are all torn up, and the thought of living several more decades without hearing Lukeโs voice or seeing that smile seems a monstrous injustice.
But live on we must, until our Father calls us home, for though we grieve and though we hurt, the Lord still has work for us to do. My keyboard may some days be wet with tears, but I write nonetheless. I have a wife to love, children to cherish, grandchildren to dote on, friends to help, strangers to offer a word of encouragement.
And you? You are not here by accident. The Lord wants you here. Wants you. Since God was willing to send his Son on a mission to go the ultimate distance to reconcile you with himself, donโt think for a minute heโs now going to brush you aside as insignificant. You matter. The Creator of heaven and earth says so.
Therefore, as long as we are here in this world, loved by God, redeemed by Jesus, surrounded by people who need help, encouragement, hope, even just a smile, we have some serious and joyful work to do.
Like Luke said, โThe most important people in our lives are the ones we can look at and say, โMy life is better because of what you have done for me.โ Be that person.โ
Amen.
Christ is risen.
He is risen, indeed. Alleluia.

Ray Ortlundโs 3 questions for reflecting on texts of Scripture:
1 . What kind of God would give this kind of command?
2. What kind of people would need such a command?
3. How does Jesus help us to fulfill this?
