@branwenjeffreys I left mainstream teaching after 13yrs. Was PT HoD at the time. Poor management & impossible workload were factors. I now work as a FT teacher in a specialist provision for children unable to access mainstream. Back in love with teaching.

@FirstBSA Thanks for the update. The trouble with cutting bus services is that it then slows down the subsequent service. For my husband to guarantee to get into work on time for 9 close to Temple Meads, he has to catch the 07:45. It isn't the first time this has happened.

@FirstBSA My husband travels into Bristol city centre via the 2/2a bus route from Stockwood for work. He cannot cycle at the moment due to a broken foot and so relies on the bus. Yet again this morning a bus did not show and the subsequent bus was late. Unacceptable. #Firstbus

This week, I am attending a 4 day course of Trauma, Attachment and Supporting Behaviour from @ProActBehaviour and genuinely think that all education staff should have the chance to attend. The best course I have attended in 14yrs of education. 👍
