Any suggestions on how to get them to take this seriously?
I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them over the years, and they don’t seem to care. This one just struck me the wrong way.

@TeamStubHub I’m done with Stubhub. Bought tickets to a spring training game, and had the tickets delivered to my email almost immediately. Drove an hour to the game, paid for parking, and presented the tickets only to be told the tickets were invalid. Spoke to customer service

For an hour, and was told there is nothing they can do. Found out from a friend, that the seller pulled back the tickets, only to sell them to someone else right before the game. Stubhub wont take accountability for the extra expenses (parking/gas) or our wasted time.
