Worst experience ever @Hertz @flyLAXairport. So much for being a member w/ status & a prepaid res. Made my family with a 2 mo old wait for over 45 min - to not provide me the car I requested and was essentially lied too about “it coming” - won’t be renting from their brand again.

@FedEx your call center service is terrible. Attempting to get an addresses changed on delivery and NO ONE - including “Freddy” your CSR had been helpful. Please see @Wayfair ‘s FAQ - you can help so stop saying you can’t. Really won’t be using your services in the future.
