Canada’s best interest is a straight renewal of CUSMA, it’s the US demanding change which does not benefit Canadians (America First right). If negotiations fail, the deal stays as is. And this happens annually until 2036. Long after Trump has left the US economy in shambles.

As I stated in my original post there are “ifs”, but our economy has lagged for 20 years with a free trade agreement. Seems the status quo could also “destroy” us
