@AKakanfo Taking Kwara as a kind of way of getting back to Yoruba is a stale .. 90% of Kwara state today speak Yoruba as the main language. Particularly Ilorin is all about Yoruba. To me Ilorin is not a conquered space. Emir communicate in Yoruba is enough reason.

To all Omoluabis, there is an extermin:ation; agenda going on against our Itsekiri brothers in Delta state and Edo state. This silent decimation of our people is going on because they are a Yoruboid group isolated in that part of Edo and Delta state.
Awolowo did not give up on the Itsekiris and we the people of this generation must not give up on them. A lot of our Itsekiri brothers have reached out to me and other people and it is time we use all our resources and network to raise the alarm.
The state government in Delta especially is not neutral from what I was told and what we are witnessing is beyond RUGA in Itsekiri land by the Urhobos in Warri.
The continuous isolation of Itsekiris from the larger Yorùbá/Yoruboid community is what is leading to this decimation.
All Yoruba groups, bloggers, influencers, organizations, diaspora and political elites should take this as part of our struggle.
A lot of our Itsekiri brothers and sisters have reached to me and they are in a state of tears as they are being driven from their lands and the Urhobos who are also fighting with Ijaws for lands in the same delta state are hellbent on the total take over of all the Itsekiri local governments.
Itsekiris are not different from Ijebus, Aworis or Ilajes. If we all can come together to defend Lagos and speak for all other Yorubas, we must speak for the Itsekiris who are part and parcel of Ile Ife heritage.
They are isolated in Delta and Edo and there is a gang up for their destruction because they refuse to denounce their Yorùbá heritage.
