Chinese birth tourists fly in, have a baby, fly home, and never come back.

That child gets a Social Security number and gets to vote.

It will mail ballots from China.

It will collect Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

All the benefits with none of the allegiance.

That is not what the framers of the Fourteenth Amendment intended.

They wrote it to give citizenship to the children of freed slaves. Not to hand it out to the world.

Let's be clear about what's actually happening with the SAVE America Act.

The bill requires proof of citizenship to register and an ID to vote. Common sense.

The House passed it three times.

The ONLY thing standing in the way is the Senate — where John Thune refuses to break the filibuster and make Democrats own their opposition to voter ID.

Democrats want non-citizens on the rolls. Fine. Make them SAY it on the Senate floor.

Instead, Thune keeps letting them leave for vacation.

🚨 JUST IN: Justice Clarence Thomas SLAMS the Supreme Court decision strike down President Trump's birthright citizenship executive order

Thomas writes that the 14th Amendment "was enacted in the wake of the Civil War with the ONE pervading purpose of securing equal citizenship for the FREED SLAVES."

He goes on to say that the Court, meaning the majority now, has REPURPOSED the 14th Amendment to protect its own set of preferred rights that the Reconstruction Congress NEVER contemplated, and that CANNOT find support in the text today.
