@basfawlt @IgorReallyReal @VodafoneUK@Ofcom @OmbudServices This is a very interesting question and is clearly a subject matter that should be very transparent. @OmbudServices @VodafoneUK you have a duty to respond and I see no reason why you wouldn’t?
@beisgovuk am I right in thinking that there is no residual ADR body/scheme appointed? My understanding is that this was on the Government’s agenda but never came to fruition?
@basfawlt @SourGra84385962@OmbudAssoc Sorry for the delay in responding basfawlt I’ve been unwell for a few days. Yes this will form part of my research
@sainsburys This is very disappointing. Has Sainsbury’s ever subscribed to a scheme? I note that you signpost to a scheme on your website do you not work with them?
@ComplainingCow Another simplistic and not entirely correct explanation of the law! I know you don’t want to hear this as you’re clearly ignoring me but please be careful not to give out incorrect or misleading information to consumers. I am happy to help if you want me to ? @theoneshow
@JLcustserv Thank you but this does not tell me if you will engage with ADR if a customer wants to escalate. Linking to the ODR platform is not enough. Please can you confirm
