Let’s be honest. Mark Levin, Ben Shapiro, John Podhoretz, Lindsey Graham, and the rest of the ultra-Iran hawks wanted to send Americans to die in a prolonged war in Iran.

Their crashouts make it clear, but it’s been obvious all along as they conflated “no nuclear weapons” with “zero-enrichment,” knowing that was a poison pill and that Israel’s military strategy relies on American support. They have demanded “unconditional surrender,” and we know what they mean by that because Mark Levin is now saying it explicitly by alluding to Israel’s not-so-secret nuclear program. They never wanted a deal. They wanted full-blown regime change, with American boots on the ground.

Thankfully, it looks as though Donald Trump, like most of America, did not have the stomach for what would have been required to take Kharg Island and saw where this was going. I've been critical of Trump throughout this war, but I hope he stands firm and this isn't just theater.

As Joe Kent described in my interview with him this week, Trump needs to be willing to threaten the entire US-Israel relationship to keep the peace, just as Reagan did before.

Until 2014, there was a tremendous tool called the Social Security Death Index. It was a free tool for genealogical research AND various types of fraud.

Then, in 2014 (who was President then?) it was closed off and made available only to paying customers IF and ONLY IF they can prove they have a valid use for the data (determined by the government). You must go through the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) certification program.

Even if your use of the SSDI is considered valid, you or your organization must pay over $3,000 per year for access. Closer to $3,500, actually. And there are many restrictions to the use of the data.

If the SSDI was freely available today (or had been in 2020), detecting dead voters would be the easiest things in the world. Someone like me could automate the process and detect dead voters in a state's voter rolls in minutes.
