@STR8MoneynBUff@ZeekArkham If he had 5 attackers, I would agree with you. Self defense like that would be warranted. But from everything we have heard so far, it was one person with one single push. There is a disproportionate use of force, and he will likely be charged of murder because of it.
@CerebrAiX@BuffaloBull3@Her_Nonymous_D If you owned your own home then you would know how much maintenance and money it takes to keep a house operational. You wouldn't be making this comment to begin with.
@_LaJanee_ You're argument supports the idea that this was not self defense. Self-defense might be applicable if the attacker has you pinned down and raining punches, stomping your head, or choking you out. An insignificant push does not warrant a fatal self-defense response.
@1Catfishman@therobbieharvey To clarify, he did not have his backpack on in the video. The video shows that it is possible that he put one bottle in his Hodie pocket, the other 3 under his left arm.
@metroadlib Every parent would have made the same exact decision that Chow made. It's sad that the teen died, but he should not have been carrying a firearm and pointing it at someone.
