For example, it is a known fact that Hamas in Gaza was being funded by Israel / Netanyahu. Similarly the Taliban were being funded by us to fight the soviets.

Often our intentions are good, but our actions have unintended consequences.

Sometimes we interfere excessively, meddling in the politics of other nations thinking we are protecting our security or energy interests etc. but end up destabilizing the region and creating resentment among the locals

Attended the 2026 Delaware State Championship @ Owens Station Sporting Clays, Delaware. Excellent targets—very technical presentations but nothing impossible, in my opinion. Great food. The place is run by very nice people. Ended up Runner Up in the Super Vet division with an 84, one target behind SVCH.

Hate infects a percentage of all human populations.

There is an element of the white population that obsessively thinks they are at war with the Islamic world / East. Similarly there are Muslims who obsessively think they are at war with Britain / Christians.

These tribal minded people lack general self awareness. Truth is, if you ban Pakistanis these haters will find some other group to hate—Irish/ Catholics / Jews etc. you name it. Similarly remove Pakistanis from Britain and a percentage of them will go back to Pakistan and start hating along Shia/ Sunni/ Ahmadi/ Pathan / Punjabi / Indian-Mohajir etc.

In my opinion this is a mental health issue.

The bejeweled dagger, called a Jambiya or Khanjar, sometimes with a sheath and handle made of 18- 24k solid gold is part of their formal / ceremonial dress in the Middle East.

It is also given as a gift by their royals to dignitaries. I know this since Sheikh Zayd Bin Sultan of the UAE presented one to my father.

These ornate daggers can be quite expensive and not a thing some criminal would use in a crime anymore than a westerner would use a Purdey or H&H in the commission of a crime, which can be worth more than a cop makes in a year.

Is America still racist? True experience of a Third World immigrant:

As the son of a third world immigrant, our son attended minority, third world style, elementary and middle schools in poor US neighborhoods.

By the time son was ready for high school we had moved to a wealthier, mostly white neighborhood in the suburbs. Son’s elite high school counselor / VP / Principal etc. reviewed son’s record and insisted he attend an alternative school. They said he was too weak for their regular school. They predicted he would fail his classes and dropout, if he didn’t move. However, son refused to change schools. Then, sure enough, as predicted, at the end of the year, his grades were quite weak. The counselor sat us down in her office and told us that our son was doing poorly as predicted and been insubordinate (for not accepting their advice); so she was also going to note this in the counselor’s report.
