Go down the family line or the family does a fire in squad. Perhaps you could let a volunteer step in if they don't want to do it but it gets done in the end.

@uknowwhy222 @michaelmalice I get where you're coming from on that one I'm not a fan of the government killing people it would be nice if the victims/families could. I know someone who killed their dog because they were too hard to train and they didn't want to put in the effort. Adopted it on a whim.
