They just divide the world between them.
None of them is allowed to capture all solar output, because the other ASIs want some too. OK. That doesn't leave any for us.

In a rich country, children are not very economically productive, and it makes more sense to put them in school. Once most are already in school, laws mandating it have public buy in.

Many gen 1 mons were bad with STAB; kingler, chansey, gengar. They were designed to use non-STAB.
