There’s so much envy
Do you know that a lot of journalists then were envious of DeleGiwa and they said they same about Dele Giwa that he didn’t go to journalism school
It’s not today that people have always been envious of people that never did journalism but have excelled
Thanks for award

God I return all the glory to you.
ABİKE DABIRI-EREWA, YOU CANNOT LAUGH AT ETHNIC HATE AND THEN HIDE BEHIND SEMANTICS!
Madam, you are not just an ordinary social media user. You are the Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, a public official serving under President Bola Tinubu. Your office demands sensitivity, responsibility and respect for every Nigerian, regardless of ethnicity.
So, when you amplify a post describing Igbo people as monkeys, children of gorillas and bastards, and accompany it with laughing emojis, you cannot expect Nigerians to pretend nothing happened simply because you did not personally write the original insult.
You may not have authored the hate speech, but you chose to amplify it. That is precisely what you need to explain.
Your defence that you did not personally call Igbo people those names does not answer the central question: why did you repost that message with laughter in the first place?
And what makes this particularly troubling is the government you represent. This is a government whose officials routinely demand respect for the President and insist that public discourse must be responsible. Yet, when a senior public official is confronted with a controversy involving an ethnic insult, the public deserves more than an argument over who typed the words.
If the same conduct were directed at your own ethnic group, would you consider it harmless because the person sharing it did not originate the insult?
Nigeria belongs equally to the Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Middle Belt communities and every other ethnic nationality. No public official should treat ethnic humiliation as entertainment.
Madam Abike, this is not about escaping blame through technicalities. It is about responsibility for what you choose to amplify.
You owe the Igbo people and Nigerians at large an unreserved public apology. Not another explanation designed to narrow the accusation. Not an attempt to make the controversy about who misunderstood whom. An apology that acknowledges the hurt caused and recognises the responsibility that comes with your office.
Public office is a position of trust, not a licence to dismiss legitimate public outrage.
If you expect Nigerians to respect the office you occupy, you must also respect the people whose interests that office is meant to serve.

Minister Dave Umahi owes Laila Johnson-Salami an apology. Aso Rock owes Mr. Peter Obi an apology as well. Peter Obi is Michel de Nostradamus, the “Man Who Saw Tomorrow.”
He has been vindicated yet again, for the 4th time in a row. When he asked critical questions in 2024, miscreants mocked him relentlessly.
Thank God the truth is out: The coastal road primarily benefits Eko Atlantic Phases 1 & 2.
It was initiated to open up the real estate projects of Bola Tinubu & Gilbert Chagoury.
Anyone with half a brain would have known this. From the removal of subsidy to the coastal road, everything has been misconceived & mismanaged. What will happen to whose shops, houses, & lands were destroyed?
Bola Tinubu will leave a massive mess for Okwute to try & clean up. We knew from the start that it was merely a “Lagos coastal road;” inserting "Calabar" into the title was just PR to excite the gullible. Even a blind person could see that the entire narrative was fraudulent.
The budget is insane, it’s being used to funnel money away. That project was embarked upon to benefit & open up his Eko Atlantic real estate
That is trillions of Naira siphoned from the national treasury JUST LIKE THAT. The road was never designed to cross the entire SW-SS
Has Tinubu ever done anything to benefit the masses? He lacks the capacity to do good; nothing he does is ever altruistic by nature.
He is always working an angle, to arrive at a predetermined end. The coastal road was fait accompli from the start. Like David Umahi & Godwin Emefiele, more accountability & prison time are looming. Peter Obi has always been right. Don't just vote wisely—VOTE PETER OBI.
Only in Nigeria does someone that went to Kennedy School for Executive Program claim they went to Harvard.
Madam, we know the person that recommended you for that programme.
When it’s time, we shall tell the story!
The government has confirmed that the coastal road will no longer pass through the coast; it is now called the “Queen of the Coast.”
When I asked them to disclose the cost per kilometer, they protested against me for simply demanding accountability in Ebonyi State.

This is so so heartbreaking. Just look at this baby. My God! Nigeria. What sort of a country allows its citizens go through stuff like this repeatedly?
Mind you, she was abducted in her nighties and the hijab
So he had to give her his trousers and wear her nighty top
The baby has no clothes on
Kai Allah tsine ma if you support this government
FLASHBACK: ‘Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway a Misplaced Priority; May Not Be Completed In 30 Years,’ Peter Obi’s 2024 Warning Resurfaces After Tinubu Diverts Project After Wasting ₦1.067 Trillion In Taxpayers’ Money https://t.co/xxXpysU6rh
Every time I hear this man talk about Lagos and his vision for the state, I just wonder where he has been all these years, and I even moreso wonder why the state is run by criminals, clowns and incompetent crooks of a corrupt cartel.
You need to see this:
Bro, just look at the child in this video. An innocent child. The child doesn’t even know what a gun is, but look at her reaction.
This family wasn’t kidnapped in the bush o, they were kidnapped in Millinium city, Kaduna.
I can’t even watch this video to the end walai. 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔
APC unleashed its army of slaves and pigs on Donald Duke for daring to say the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway wouldn’t go much beyond Lagos. Now, reality is exposing the propaganda merchants.
Bola Tinubu came to steal, kill and destroy. Reject APC at all levels.
BREAKING: Lagos - Calabar “coastal road” will no longer go through the coastline. - Dave Umahi
This is because “the original route is crossing terrain with pits more than 100 metres deep and would have significantly increased construction costs.”
So before going ahead to destroy properties and calling it coastal road, there was no pre-assessment done?
Is Dave Umahi and the entire APC supporters insane?
"@GovWike goes around declaring who will be returned to the @nassnigeria & who will win in the FCT & in what states.
@m_akpakomiza goes around promising that @officialABAT will get 2.5 million votes from Edo State.
The State Chairman of the @OfficialAPCNg [Edo State] promises #AK47 bullets for anyone who stands in their way of delivering that.
@inecnigeria says nothing;
@PoliceNG is un-looking;
@OfficialDSSNG is silent.
Even @KukahBishop of @KukahCentre & Gen Abdulsalami, the leaders of the National Peace Committee, who got the parties to enter into this #PeaceAccord to ensure a peaceful election have all kept mum.
Meanwhile, the INEC Chairman is the first to open his gob when ordinary citizens do something modest...."

The Lagos-Calabar coastal road project would no longer go through the coast after Lagos and Ogun states. Instead, it would detour inland though Edo State to join the East-West Road. Mr Umahi calls this "a wonderful engineering decision by Mr President" 🤣
In this video, President Tinubu was calling President Jonathan by his first name, no decorum for the office of the president.
I don’t support the You are mad comment. Below!
I just highlighted the video
“They Sent The Police To Stop Us, But They Will Never Stop Us Or Make Us Give In. In Fact, This Is Even More Reason Why We Say, ‘Tinubu Must Go!’ We Northerners Say, ‘Tinubu Must Go!’”. ~ Large Numbers Of Protesters Gather In Abuja To Protest Against Tinubu’s Government.
