@RentYourStocks Physiologically no it’s not. The complicated part is human psychology when it comes to food.
Once you get past that, its extremely easy to manipulate your weight up or down by eating more or less.
@BowTiedBroke Additionally, a taxable brokerage can be turned into an income vehicle if needed or desired as well. Dividend stocks, selling options etc.
@darkminer Is it shelter or an investment? If the former, just rent. If the latter, it’s basically a LEAP where you pay monthly to control an asset that *should* appreciate in value.
Problem is, a house being a good investment used to essentially be guaranteed. That’s not the case atm
@darkminer I closed multiple trades at 50% ish today. Made 50% in 1-2 days, why risk till expiry in 8 more? No concerns with that at all, it can be case by case and depends on the ticker too.
