1/2 This year's Deaf Film Kenya Festival theme is "Empowering Deaf Film Festival" which develops, promotes, and markets the Deaf film industry and facilitates its growth of the Deaf film, beauty model, and fashion photographer industry in the Kenya Sign Language.
