@RoyalMail Nothing to help with unfortunately, twice I have sat in my living room and watched your guys deliver a “we can’t deliver card” rather than a parcel. The first time we caught him and got our parcel second guy was off too quick and now I have to collect, customer services no help.

@BTCare We got a call from complaints, even though we wanted a deal not a complaint. Call back in 5 days yes, unless I find a better deal else where

@BTCare We asked for contract renewal and spoke to David, then rang back and spoke to another chap.

@BTCare No and could not find any notes from the first guy, we asked them to listen to the call to prove the deal was offered, this takes 5 days.

@BTCare We rang up to extend our contract, got offered a new deal, asked if it would be valid if we rang back in 10 mins, then refused deal.

Unbelievably bad service from @bt_uk this evening, only wanted to sign up for another year as well.
