What do you do when you’re in the valley? You remember what God has done.
And you dare to believe that what he’s done before, he will do again.

“Let the peace of Christ [the inner calm of one who walks daily with Him] be the controlling factor in your hearts [deciding and settling questions that arise]. To this peace indeed you were called as members in one body [of believers]. And be thankful [to God always].”
COL 3:15

Rather than focusing so much on saying no to sin, let’s say yes to Jesus.
By saying no to sin our focus is on sin and what we feel like we can’t have.
By saying yes to Jesus we are focused on HIM and sin is less appetizing.
