@nextofficial So this settee was re ordered because it was “lost”, lorry turns up 5 weeks later and can’t deliver as there’s no space on lorry to collect old one. No phone call to re schedule 3rd delivery either. Seems they’ve forget yet again!! 🤬🤬

@nextofficial complained about quality of settee, got a replacement, lorry turned up, settee wasn’t there. Re ordered- 5/6 weeks later delivery arrives, they can’t deliver again as no space for the old settee on lorry. Promised a reschedule phone by end of today - absolutely nothing!! 🤬🤬🤬
