@pash22 That's the beauty of targeted assessment of high risks groups rather than screening. Assessment can factor in a multitude of issues rather than a blanket approach.

Black men are at a higher risk of a more aggressive form of prostate cancer.

It is perfectly reasonable for targeted risk assessment of a high risk group.

This isn't the same as population screening.

Political hyperbole is not helpful here.
