@Hermesparcels I am not sure why anyone uses your company! I Always have issues. Now I had an email to say you tried to deliver but nobody was in! I have been in all day and I am 2 meters from the door. The driver has clearly not even bothered to come to our street! Shocking.
@evertonfan18@Mfarrelly1@Ryanair Completed form over a month ago requesting refund. Got email last week offering vouchers. They think they can do what they want and are above the law. If it was a small company trading standards would come knocking.
@Ryanair I have sent DM to be put on the refund list but had no reply for a week. Live chat never connects to anyone and I am not even attempting to ring! Please put me on the refund list!
@Hermesparcels I paid for a parcel to be sent (paid extra for collection) and nobody turned up! What is happening. I also have no way of getting in touch with customer services as there is no contact number, cant message on here. I either need a collection or a redund!
@Hermesparcels I arranged for a parcel to be collected from my home (paid extra for this privilege). Collection date was yesterday and nobody turned up. Had a delivery today from Hermes and driver has been told he can not take any collections!
