@Hawks0x Nowadays majority of people hire coaches solely for human accountability. It used to be about the practicals but we've gone past that point while ago.
@CoachDanGo You can't fake great physique afterall, but you can fake having an expensive car.
So, naturally having a solid physique speaks volume and increases your perceived status.
@thejustinwelsh The system is made to suppress the humans’ inherent ability to creatively think and question with curiosity.
It’s made to create pool of specialists that are compliant and obedient.
Hence, you learn most about business outside a business degree.
Always cheat.
Outcomes don’t care how you got there.
They don’t reward your integrity or punish your shortcuts.
Results are amoral.
Most people handicap themselves with rules they never questioned.
Rules designed to keep them compliant and obedient.
Bend everything that bends.
Question everything with curiosity.
The game doesn’t reward fair play.
It rewards what works.
Your only real integrity is to the results you promised yourself.
@CoachDanGo Weight loss drugs don't count.
Ultimately, its your lifestyle that needs to be changed for real weight loss.
Swallowing pill temporarily drops the number that shows on the scale.
But it doesn't fix the underlying cause.
@CoachDanGo Exercise and training has a distinct difference.
You exercise for general healthy body.
You train for a purpose, predominantly to improve specific capabilities such as strength, speed etc.
So are you just exercising or training?
Action is the direct dictator of your outcome.
Whether intentional or unintentional.
The consequences are immediate.
Activity breeds activity.
Inactivity breeds inactivity.
Getting in your peak physique is not hard.
And it has never been easier.
You are already practicing the set of behaviours to build the physique.
- Eat
- Sleep
- Move
What you’re lacking is the intentions behind each of these behaviours.
- Eat to fuel the body and build the mass.
- Sleep for recovery and repair.
- Move to lift to promote homeostasis and hypertrophy.
Set intentions and perform immediate executions.
Anything you attempt requires reps before you get decent at it.
Push through the imposter syndrome before results kick in and you're ahead of 99%.
Reps in the gym translate to life.
Every rep feels uncomfortable.
Every rep feels pointless.
Until one day the physique is there.
Arguably the biggest misconception is that people perceive fitness to be a temporary, short-term fix tool.
People are obsessed with the 12-week weight-loss fallacy.
No one thinks beyond.
Most don't realise fitness is a life-lasting tool designed to encourage healthy lifestyle for life.
I walked into the gym alone, not knowing it would become the single biggest investment I ever made in myself.
Fast forward: decent physique built, but the real win?
The hard lessons that reshaped how I handle life,
work, relationships, and everything else.
Here are the top 5 principles I conquered myself to learn
(and how they apply everywhere).

What better way to convey the concept of curiosity.
A purpose is curiosity.
It's with curiosity that you break the conformity and in doing so you risk mediocrity.
@anymanfitness Same argument with abs,
Everyone has abs, people focus on growing abs with no emphasis on diet.
If you can control your diet, abs is the byproduct.
P5. Remarkable results take time.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
Studies show reaching your natural peak takes 5–10 years of optimised training. Most people massively underestimate this.
Accept the time scale. Stop rushing.
You have time. Stay the course and you'll get there inevitably.
