@McJuggerNuggets It's that u basically trashed disabled people using words like "objectively shitty" & "if they were just a little slow" and saying its not the same as autism when DS adults typically function better then profoundly autistic adults, dont have kids ever there's no guarantees. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@BraveReport@LauraLoomer@RealCandaceO Right like we no longer need VP anymore the spouse can just run the country if something happens to the Presidents from now on I guess lol
One of my first scenes with Tony we were in Kellyโs and he said โ Just so you know, I like to juggle, tap dance and sing all at the same time โ and I laughed and said letโs go !! I grew up watching the incredible Luke Spencer- Daytime lost the one that changed it all !!! RIP ๐
Rest in peace dear Tony. Grateful for every moment we spent together. He helped me find my feet when I started working on General Hospital. Iโll never forget his encouragement and generosity towards me. My condolences to his fans and loved ones ๐โจ Absolute one of a kind and a cherished part of my life.
What can I say thats not been said? Two things about Tony. He was one of the funniest people I knew.
I saw Tony in a one man play and I said it then and Iโll say it now I never saw better acting in my life
I owe a lot to Tony
Daytime wouldnโt be here if it wasnโt for luke/Laura
The entire #GeneralHospital family is heartbroken over the news of Tony Geary's passing. Tony was a brilliant actor and set the bar that we continue to strive for. @GeneralHospital#GH [1/2]
I am deeply saddened by the passing of my friend and former costar, Tony Geary.
Coming on the heels of the tragic deaths of Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele, whom I admired immensely โ this feels like a heartbreaking moment for so many of us who grew up watching and learning from these giants of our craft. AP News
I was only 19 years old on my first job, General Hospital, and Tony could not have been kinder or more welcoming. At that age, everything feels big. He made it feel safe.
I was mesmerized by his acting. I would stay after my scenes were finished just to watch him work โ not because I had to, but because I wanted to learn. Watching Tony was like watching someone rewrite the rules in real time.
He changed the face of daytime television. And in very real ways, he changed my life.
What always stood out to me was how real he was. He never fell into the traps or tricks that can happen when youโre doing the volume needed for an hour show every day. He attacked every character and every script with honesty, intelligence, and fearlessness. There was no autopilot with Tony โ ever.
He was truly one of a kind.
When he showed up for me when I got a star on the Walk of Fame, it meant the world to me. That was Tony. He showed up โ quietly and generously.
I wrote about him in my book because he is part of my foundation as an actor. He will always be part of my work. The way he committed, the way he listened, the way he elevated everyone around him โ I carry that with me still.
Thank you, Tony, for your brilliance, your kindness, and for setting the bar so impossibly high.
You really stood out.
Rest easy, my friend.
@TrustDML Same, he said terrible things too but it's in bad taste right after to say that. It's like a constant competition sometimes you just can't say every single thing you're thinking! It's not always appropriate.
@kimKBaltimore@MrsErikaKirk@RealCandaceO She literally had said IF it was going to be a meeting where Erika was present that she would go back and talk to him about it again.
@ker95TX@broadwaybabyto They also hunted, planted gardens, canned food, made their own laundry soap ect. Some of the older generations still do too and it saves them some money. We've ALL got lazy now bc we live in fast moving times with instant rice ect.
@MuseZack Okay so then do it in adult shows then... why do cartoons need to feature all this, let kids be kids and decide what they want to do later on.
@MikeNellis Biden was literally a segregationist and let us not forget about the crime bill in the 90s... and he has never "switched" to Republican he's still to this day a Democrat.
[RG911Team] It took most Americans years to start questioning 9/11.
It took them months to question Covid-19.
It took weeks to question October 7 in Gaza.
And it took days to start questioning the murder of Charlie Kirk.
The era of blindly trusting authority is over.
I don't agree with people getting fired for speaking an opinion but an opinion is different then a flat out lie or celebrating death. You can say didn't like so an so and move on instead of the added theatrics.
