@virginmedia Cool so everyday I have to ring or message on webchat and tell you your service is down again then you temp fix for a few hours.. Then we start all over again when it goes down. Excellent service! I've had to ring you everyday for the last 8 days!!
@virginmedia No, what's the point. This has happened 8 days in a row now!!! Exactly the same scenario everyday. Absolutely terrible service. Was planning on working from home tonight which I cannot now due to no fibre. Planned on watching football I pay you a fortune for which I cannot now.
