@VirginMoney does it always take over 9 months for some one to respond about a travel insurance claim...we are still waiting for a response to ours from January. We placed a formal complaint and that's been ignore too. So pleased at how efficient you are.

@VirginMoney I've been waiting for some one to look into it properly since January. Last email I had was that some one would be in touch with in 35 working days...and that was 57 days ago..and I've emailed since then!
