ओडिशा के बाल्दा हिल्स में आदिवासियों की जमीन के लिए कथित फर्जी सहमति का मामला गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है। अलजजीरा की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, करीब ६०० लोगों के हस्ताक्षर और अंगूठे के निशान कथित तौर पर फर्जी इस्तेमाल किए गए।

क्या मोदी सरकार और अडानी को भरोसा है कि इस मामले में भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट खामोश रहेगा? क्या आदिवासियों को न्याय मिलेगा या सत्ता और पूंजी के सामने कानून बेबस बना रहेगा?

६०० आदिवासियों के अधिकारों का सवाल है—निष्पक्ष जांच हो, दोषियों पर कार्रवाई हो और सुप्रीम कोर्ट जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करे!

Instead of trying to intimidate “Mr Fact-Checker,” do the job entrusted to you. Explain these discrepancies, fix the rolls and answer the public. Bullying those who expose failures is no substitute for accountability.

There is a long list of bulk objectors, Incan share the full list. Babu Ram alone filed 250 Form 7 objections in March (95% against Muslim voters). What action have you taken on these people filing mass deletion requests?
