@BoseService The issue has resolved itself. The Alexa function signed out overnight without being requested again (??!!). For your information, it may have been caused by an upgrade to Alexa plus. Worth checking if your latest update allows for the new Alexa Plus OS.
@Bose Help please! Got one of your soundbars which has worked perfectly for 5 years but the latest app update has awoken Alexa which has been switched off previously. Now I have two Alexa’s speaking at the same time… and it is impossible to sign out on the soundbar
I’ve restarted everything several times and still no joy. The soundbar just says ‘I’m having a little trouble understanding at the moment please try later’ and I can’t shut it up!

@LandRover can’t get my Discovery Sport into EV mode since the latest software update. Barely using the electric motor in Hybrid mode either. What have you done? Anyone else having issues?
Not much point calling the dealer, they don’t answer the phone one week to the next.
@AllClearTravel@financialombuds The issue is that when you check my documents you come up with different information than that which I get when I check my documents. The Zurich complaints team are on the case. I'll be in touch if they fail to resolve the issue.
DO NOT choose @AllClearTravel for your holiday insurance. Our documents state that our policy had a £90 excess PER CLAIM and they deducted £500 PER PERSON. We received a £23 refund for a cancelled flight. They deducted over £450 to extinguish the claim @financialombuds.
