@g_h2os @DanSchneierNFL He’s had some big misses. The part that makes me question it is that everyone loved the Thibs, Neal, Banks, Hyatt picks. Schoen picked those dudes where he was supposed to based on available info at the time. Did he not evaluate them correctly? Or did the coaches not develop?

@g_h2os @DanSchneierNFL Whole point is to get comparable talent on a rookie contract. Didn’t work. Schoen has missed, but he also got Flott and Phillips who show a lot of promise. Coaching is as much to blame for banks being a bust

@JordanRaanan The difference is that the talent on defense was anticipated to be top 10. No one expected that of the offense. They’re both bad, but only one is severely underperforming expectations.
